By purchasing this service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

The supplier sourcing service is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Within this period, the customer must submit all the information required to begin the sourcing process.

After the 30-calendar-day period expires, the service will automatically expire. If the customer has not submitted the required information within this timeframe, a new service must be purchased.

The service includes sourcing the number of suppliers corresponding to the package purchased. Results will be delivered with the information specified in the service description.

Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), production lead times, and product availability are determined by each manufacturer and may change at any time without prior notice.

Our goal is to identify reliable suppliers who meet the customer's requirements. We do not guarantee finding the lowest price on the market, as pricing depends on multiple factors determined by each manufacturer.

This service does not include negotiation, purchasing, inspection, quality control, shipping, importation, or ongoing communication with the supplier, unless these services are purchased separately.

We do not search for products that infringe intellectual property rights, replicas, imitations, or any items whose sale is illegal or restricted.

As this is a customized service that involves research and work by our team, no refunds will be issued once the sourcing process has begun.

Our team in China is available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. China time. Inquiries received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
